Family Day at art museum in Myrtle Beach

The Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum in Myrtle Beach is starting its yearlong 15th anniversary celebration with a Free Family Day 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday.

Second tragedy hits family when tree kills logger

MILLERSTOWN -- A Beaver Springs logger whose 12-year-old granddaughter was killed by a drunken driver in Snyder County in 2005 died Thursday after being struck by a falling tree.
